About this role

Lead the development, design and implementation of the Collections & Recoveries Risk Strategy for all BT & EE consumer products

Own and manage the statistical modelling & analytical development of scorecards and strategies to ensure they are optimised in order to maximise profitability

Act as a subject matter expert in the field of Collections & Recoveries Credit Risk scorecard building

Manage the implementation and refinement of models and strategies, including all phases from trial, through roll out to ongoing performance monitoring

Implementation of the overall Credit Risk Collections & Recoveries strategy by working with key stakeholders

Establish and maintain key relationships across the BT & EE including Senior Management Team and external suppliers to support the Credit Risk function

Represent Consumer Collections & Recoveries, Credit Risk in key meetings and operational forums to promote the initiatives and policies within the wider business

You'll have the following skills & experience

Ability to comprehend and to oversee various aspects of a problem or a situation

Using all data and information available to analyse and understand a situation, with the aim of supporting decisions

Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solutions

Detailed knowledge and experience of building statistical models

Building, delivering and optimising Collections risk strategies

Experience of working in a high volume Consumer Credit Risk environment

Experience in the Telecommunications domain preferably within a Credit Risk role is an adamantane
