Spanish Speaking Reservations Agent

This leading independent UK inbound travel company are looking for an Italian speaking Reservations Agent to join their small but expanding team. This dynamic company specialize in UK cities such as London, Oxford and Edinburgh as well as Ireland. As a Reservations Agent you will handle all aspects of the group tour from initial request, researching itineraries and liaising with suppliers.

Spanish Speaking reservations Agent - Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing and sending quotes
• Booking hotels and transport for groups
• Negotiating competitive rates with suppliers
• Process amendments and cancellations
• Book guides, restaurants and attractions
• Liaise with Italian group clients providing day to day contact

Spanish Speaking Reservations Agent - Skills and Experience required

• 2 years experience in group reservations, either for UK Inbound or Tour Operator
• Good knowledge of major UK cities and famous sightseeing attractions as well as London hotels and venues
• Must be fluent in English and Italian
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Well organized with good negotiating and communication skills

Spanish Speaking Reservations Agent - Additional Information

• Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 0930 - 1800
• Hybrid working
