Job Description
With us you will:
- Play an active role in brief taking with resourcing business partners and senior stakeholders; capturing detailed requirements and making sure that all angles and avenues are covered to have the basis to execute research and proactive sourcing.
- Use the most appropriate searching methods to engage with, qualify and attract high quality talent in the market, screening against competencies and cultural values, while effectively representing Vodafone’s vision and values.
- Present update reports to stakeholders in both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Network and build strong relationships internally, using judgement based on analysis of information
- Ensure sourcing activity meets the short and long term needs of the business
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience above and beyond using LinkedIn for sourcing (e.g Xray) and ideally some knowledge of sourcing for diversity and inclusion
- A solutions focused mindset and the ability to recommend ideas that will improve sourcing strategy and best practice
- Experience of networking and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and being branded as trustworthy, considerate and committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace
