You’ll be responsible for the design of complex customer solutions, selling Professional Services into our Partners across BT Wholesale. 

You'll have the following responsibilities

Accountable for solutions architecture and design of customer requirements, utilising resources across BT Enterprise and BT Group.

Accountable for executing the Professional Services growth strategy within our Fixed telecoms base (voice and networking).

Responsible to design Professional Services solutions for end customers to move their existing telecoms estate from legacy networks to ALL IP.

You will be responsible to work across functional teams to design, develop and support execution of both standardised and bespoke built solutions.

Writing robust Statements of Work (SOWs) responding to customer RFPs and RFIs. 

Ownership and delivery of Professional Services pipeline, converting pipeline to wins and exceeding sales targets.

 

You'll have the following skills & experience

Strong evidence of commercial negotiations skills, able to quickly build relationships with internal and external C-suite leaders

Extensive experience of sales acquisition or account management experience within a technology or technical organisation

An understanding of the telecoms wholesale market both fixed and mobile

Able to demonstrate complex solution design/build 

Ability to accurately scope and bound customer requirements in a high quality ‘Statement of Work’ and sell business benefits to internal/external stakeholders.
