Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a technical customer facing role.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using online display advertising systems.
  • Experience in an online advertising role and with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
  • Experience in business analytics, data analysis, data visualization and working with spreadsheet software, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

gTech Global Customer Care (gGCC) is a solution-generating effort that helps our sales teams and advertisers. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services and improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.

As a Billing Solutions Consultant for Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads, you will support the sales teams and our customers, demonstrating a passion for delivering excellent customer service and improving it. In this Specialist role, you will become a product expert, focused on handling troubleshooting tasks so that the sales teams can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from Sales teams, Google's advertisers, agencies, and partners.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues that arise.
  • Work directly with large customers as well as internal sales teams.
  • Contribute to the development of internal products and processes, including developing documentation, and training materials.
