The primary focus of the Solution Assessment Specialist is to support our customers’ digital transformation through a data-driven engagement that presents economic based insights into the value of Azure and M365 while providing direction for datacenter and modern workplace optimization and cloud migration opportunities.
The Solution Assessment team is always learning from our customers and partners to better serve their unique needs. We work with a large group of internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, partners, and industry analysts, to drive our strategy and execution, building on each other’s ideas to solve complex scenarios, because we are better together and can make a difference.
The Solution Assessment Specialist will work with the US SMC-C sales teams to help support customers’ cloud migration initiatives and provide pointed consulting on the value of Microsoft cloud platforms and outline datacenter and modern workplace migration opportunities and scenarios. The primary delivery approach for Solution Assessment is with and through Microsoft’s capable partner community. The Solution Assessment Specialist provides enablement and support to our partners to assist Microsoft with the Solution Assessment defined consulting effort and ensuring a valued experience for our customers that provides meaningful insights and direction for optimization and cloud migration initiatives.
The Solution Assessment Specialist responsibilities include account planning with the US SMC-C sales teams, planning with Microsoft’s partners, working with customers to align approach and strategy for Solution Assessment, and engagement execution and support.
