This is a senior role in the Azure Cloud Solution Sales team who leads the new business customer dialogs. By using a consultative approach, you will be able to demonstrate how customers can optimize their IT investment and accelerate their digital transformation strategy through Microsoft Azure Cloud. In addition to that, you will work closely with our Enterprise Sales Organization who orchestrates the full Microsoft agenda and the Customer success organisation who are a combination of the super tech savvy architects and developers and the customer success account managers.
The concept is quite straightforward: Microsoft’s success depends on our customers’ success. You could even say that in the long-run only companies that focus on customer success will survive. As long as our solutions contribute to their success, they will keep using them. Let me explain with a metaphor: Imagine you’re paying for a gym subscription but never go there. Then you are not getting the value from it. In that sense this role is the equivalent of your personal trainer, who identifies your goals, creates a success plan with you and guides you through the process so that you achieve your desired results.
As the Azure Cloud Sales Specialist in the team you get to be creative every single day. Every customer is different and there is no “one size fits all†when it comes to introducing, adopting and evolving a digital journey. Microsoft’s Azure Cloud solutions are like a box of building bricks that you will help your customers combine in their own unique way, according to their business priorities and other factors like size, industry, structure and processes.
Responsibilities
Primary accountabilities for this role include:
40% of your time will be spent with customers identifying and surfacing new engagements that align with the customer’s business strategy. You will work with partners and others at Microsoft, as well as use our core tools, targeted account lists to identify and engage prioritized customers. You will be required to be disciplined in business-management, adaptable to a culture of accountability and build a strong and active business network.
40% of your time will be spent on being the key technical leader, trusted advisor and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy and adopt Microsoft Azure Infrastructure solutions. You will own winning the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making. You will lead presentations and solution demonstrations to explain and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of Microsoft's Infra solutions, and how we can make their businesses more successful.
20% of your time will be spent on influencing the Microsoft Infra go to market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers. You will be recognized for sharing, learning and driving work that results in business impact for customers, partners and Microsoft. You will therefore be required to attain and maintain required certifications

Qualifications
Qualifications
Experience selling to business roles in large companies
Solution sales or consulting position in a competing or partner company
Significant IT Industry solution selling experience
Ideally with a consultancey background and or project management
Industry specialized sales or consulting position within an IT Consulting or Services company
Bachelors degree or equivalent required
MBA desirable
Fluent Swedish is essential
