Role: HR Solution Architect - Recruitment
Location: London Paddington or Newbury


As Solution Architect – Recruitment you are responsible for defining and accountable for implementing and maintaining the architecture of Recruitment products – including all applications as well as integrations and AI. You are also involved in defining the architecture of the future – across modules 


With us you will:
-Further development of the target architecture of the recruitment area - in accordance with functional, security, as well as technical/Vodafone architecture requirements and strategy in order to create innovative, efficient and sustainable solutions
-Solution-oriented and innovative recommendations to the Product Owner and Product Manager regarding the design and optimization of HR IT Architecture and solutions with a clear focus on the end user
-Driving simplification, innovation, adoption and compliance regarding all aspect of technical architecture for Recruitment - and clear focus on the customer
-Partner with the Product Owner and Product Manager to influence and prioritize the necessary functionalities on the roadmaps
-Assess and Validate IT delivery with Systems Integrator, Local Markets and Global IT on all HR Operations Programmes and Projects
-Security, Authorisations/ Access and Role Based Permission Design
-APIs and Integration Design Sign Off 
-Prepare for, submit and present to technical and security governance bodies and ensure continuous compliance as well as influence 
-Engage relevant Solution Architects – when driving a solution across modules. Validate and gather input through peer review – but remain accountable for the decision on product elements
-Provide clarity, direction and support for all Data migration: Extraction, Transformation, Load activities, where applicable
-Provide clarity, direction and sign off the scenario as well as the results for Product testing and User Acceptance testing
-Support the Product Owner and Support teams to ensure smooth transition to BAU: Knowledge transfer and issue resolution
-Input to Project management planning activities; Plan, Analyse, Design, Test, Deploy, and transition to Support (Hypercare), together with Risks, Issues and mitigations
-Provision of status updates to Project managers and other stakeholders 
-Agreed EVO Deliverables, written, reviewed, approved and loaded into Solution Manager
-Own the integrations and enablers part of the product backlog 

It would be nice if you have:
-Knowledge of SuccessFactors RCM and RMK 
-Deep knowledge in HR processes, core and recruitment area
-Experience in delivering ERP projects / programmes in international, matrix environment and are familiar with agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe)
-Experience in HR systems, cloud environment, including integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems
-In depth experience and expertise of SAP Human Capital Management cloud system
