Responsibilities
As a technical leader of our team, you will lead and contribute to the work of a talented group that values diverse ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds. Key skills include:

On a day-to-day basis:
Hire, develop and retain the talent within your organization
Support team members in their daily work
Make architectural and technology decisions
Work closely with Program Management to help define the product vision and strategy.
Inspire and drive engineering and operational excellence across your teams.
Act as an advocate for our customers and ensure they are succeeding with our software and services
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field or equivalent industry experience
At least 10 years of industry experience in software engineering; full-stack, front-end, or back-end industry software development experience
At least 5 years of experience in people management and leadership experiences, including experience building, growing, mentoring and managing engineering teams and technical leadership.
Advanced architecture and distributed system development skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Dedicated to providing great developer experiences, driving simplicity through the dev pipeline.
Passion for building highly available distributed systems at scale and experiences that users love.
A strong desire to collaborate and work as a team, both within and across groups
A proven ability to be self-driven and deal with ambiguous business problems.
