We are looking for a lead with extensive modern Web development and UX experience.  You will own development of the Xbox Game Streaming Web experience that lives today on xbox.com/play and will help to expand Xbox to new platforms and surfaces while building out new gaming scenarios that are only possible via the Web.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture of team players and group objectives
• Design and deliver new features and functionality for core gaming functionality on the Web
• Manage a high-performing team of amazing developers
• Guide the architecture and design decisions for the team
• Coordinate with partner teams across organizations to build and integrate partner deliverables

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional coding experience
• 3+ years leading highly capable development teams
• Experience launching new products with cross-org dependencies
• Experience building and shipping modern web applications in ReactJS that scale across all devices (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) applications
• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
