We're currently engaged in a programme to transform and migrate a collection of legacy on-premise CRMs into the Microsoft SaaS Cloud. This is a hugely ambitious technical and business transformation. Our first several transformations are already complete with the aim to deliver the remaining cloud transformations through 2022. These cloud transformations are interlocked with business change and, as this programme delivers great results, we're seeing a “virtuous cycle†where success is driving an increased appetite from the business for “more CRMâ€.

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Engineering Core Platforms team as a CRM Software Engineer, delivering solutions to Lloyds Banking Group business areas. The Software Engineer CRM role is a great blend of technical skills and business acumen; CRM done well can transform a business. This will suit a driven individual who has both technical and business skills. The aim is to deliver the highest quality customer focused software whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring, and supporting their engineering teams, whilst working in customer-centric cross-disciplinary teams.
You'll be a self-motivated and proactive teammate who has an eye on the bigger picture but can apply laser focus to ensure delivery. You're up for the challenge of working on a large, sophisticated programme that will drive significant change across our business. You'll enjoy storytelling, look to identify associations and gaps, ask the questions others don’t, drive out clarity from ambiguity and be able to challenge the norm to drive business outcome. You'll demonstrate thought-leadership, encourage positive change, and have the technical ability and drive to deliver those aspirations.
