We build and support an automated response and investigation system that drastically reduces the time and effort it takes to respond to security alerts. We use the latest Azure technology as well as open-source solutions. We work closely with security teams across the company to protect customers and the Microsoft cloud from emerging threats to privacy and security.
As a software engineer II, you will design, code, test and deploy features that enable our Cyber Defense Operations Center team to automate their security-related responses to the maximum extent possible. You will innovate with the latest offerings on Microsoft Azure while engineering and instrumenting automated testing and deployment that helps us monitor our service and diagnose/resolve issues quickly. You will work closely with security experts to bring to fruition their vision of automating responses to cloud-scale security alerts and incidents.
Security expertise not required. This is a great opportunity to get into the world of cybersecurity and learn modern DevSecOps.
