Yammer is an enterprise social product with a best-in-class mobile experience. You’ll help make the iOS app even more elegant, intuitive, and performant, and add compelling new capabilities as we rapidly expand to reach all of Office 365 (hundreds of millions of users).
As a social product, many Yammer features are built mobile-first. We build, measure, learn, and iterate at a rapid clip while maintaining a high bar for quality.  We leverage the latest iOS features wherever possible to enhance our user’s experiences. You'll enjoy a great deal of autonomy, ownership, and influence over the product as well as opportunities to innovate, including hack-week several times a year, with many hacks shipped.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, design, research, backend, and analytics teams, as well as other mobile teams across Microsoft to deliver delightful mobile experiences
Build complete features from the database to the user experience
Constantly improve the reliability, performance, security, stability, and overall architecture of the app and underlying tech-stack 
Build reusable code and libraries for maintainability and future use
Write Unit & UI tests, set up dashboards and alerting, uncover and fix bugs, crashes, and other issues, in order to ensure a robust app 
Perform code reviews and participate in technical design reviews
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications 
A BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience 
3+ years of experience in software engineering
2+ years of experience developing iOS apps    
Preferred Qualifications/Attributes 
Experience developing large-scale iOS apps which are reliable, secure, and performant
Experience with Apple frameworks and native iOS development
Efficient, tenacious debugging skills using logs and metrics
Understanding of Apple HIG and mobile UX/UI design patterns 
Experience with Apple accessibility technologies and a passion for making a highly accessible product
Stays up to date on industry trends and promotes coding best practices and principles 
Empathy for users and good instincts towards understanding their needs 
Experience in the social networking space
