Qualifications

We are seeking people who have experiences which reflect the qualifications below: 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering.
  • Inclusive, collaborative and growth-mindset orientated approach to your work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication ability including fluency in English.
  • This role is in our CSE Government Industry aligned team. It therefore requires you to be permanently located within the UK, have at least 5 years UK residency, and either have or are willing to apply for, UK national security vetting to SC (Security Check) level.
  • You should be willing to work with Defence and Intelligence customers.

 

 

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience building production quality software (ideally cloud services) in an agile environment.
  • We do not require deep expertise in all software stacks that our customers use. However, we do look for people who are familiar with a mix of open-source and cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up on new languages and technologies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or comparable practical professional experience.
  • Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%.
