Responsibilities

We are looking for engineers to build advanced data analytics pipelines and provide critical business insights for Azure Machine Learning so customers can benefit from improved user experiences driven by the data provided by our team leveraging various tools such as business analytics, machine learning, A/B testing, and many other DevOps/DataOps approaches.

In this role, you will work with other engineers and be responsible for designing, implementing, visualizing, and testing many interesting hypotheses to drive business success of Azure Machine Learning service with data-driven decision-making culture. This role participates deeply in all phases of the development cycle (design, development, validation, analytics).

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ or more years of experience with big data processing, data analytics pipeline, machine learning, or A/B testing software development
• 3+ years of software development experience
• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical IT work experience is required

Preferred:

• Strong skills in SQL, KQL, R, Python or related tools for analysis, data science and machine learning
• Strong aptitude for analytical thinking, disciplined problem solving, and data analysis skills
• Embrace diversity of thoughts and backgrounds and lead others to do the same
• Good written and verbal communication
• Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies preferred
• Experience of design and coding at system level independently
• Experience of test driven, and data driven execution
• Keen sense of customer focus, with an emphasis on listening to customer feedback and reacting to it.
