Our team is expanding its presence in the Hyderabad area across Engineering, PM, and UX/Design as we grow our vibrant global engineering team, making fundamental investments to build the next generation of innovative and intelligent industry clouds & solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure. We are looking for a passionate and motivated senior developer to be a technical leader in the design and development of Microsoft Industry Clouds and solutions leveraging the power of Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a passion for building great end to end innovative solutions with delightful user experiences by leveraging various offerings of Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You should have in-depth experience with Power Platform, Azure Cloud along with a proven track record of being a proficient technical contributor who has owned feature areas across multiple releases.

In this role, you will get to work on the breadth of technologies across Microsoft including various Azure services, Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Power Apps Portals, Microsoft Teams etc. You will help drive decisions on technology choices, build durable architecture and design, and work closely with our design teams to drive the right user experiences. You will be responsible for customizing Power Platform, building micro services, and Dynamics 365 solutions, and owning horizontals such as load/performance, CI/CD pipelines, telemetry for your feature areas.

You will be expected to work collaboratively within the team and provide technical oversight to feature crews, drive resolutions to complex customer reported issues that span across multiple services, work through competing priorities, solve complex technical challenges to meet business goals, and maintain live site availability. You will also get opportunities to demonstrate end to end ownership of features with quality first mindset and collaborate across diverse teams of engineers, Program Managers, and User Experience engineers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test & support features, experiences & solutions for end-to-end business scenarios.

Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers and platform engineering teams to solve complex problems for enterprise class business applications

Accountable for the quality, usability & performance of customer centric features

Debug and handle live site and customer reported issues

Effectively leverage data to guide analysis and decision making

Mentor junior team members to realize their full potential

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in software development

Working knowledge of Web Apps, React, and a popular programming language like C# or Java, JavaScript

A passion for improving engineering practices and producing high quality software

Solid CS fundamentals and strong inclination for architecting at scale

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), PowerApps, Dynamics 365 CE or other CRM/ERP products

Experience developing with Azure or other cloud services

Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills

Prior experience building business centric web applications

Good written and oral communication skills
