Responsibilities

As a developer in this position your areas of focus will be Protection and Enterprise features in the Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) product. You will design and implement features that are reliable and efficient. You will work closely with engineers from different partner teams, Program Managers and other Security Engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the software engineering industry with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent coding, debugging and validation skills in C/C++ or similar, complemented by secondary language for tools development, data analysis or automation
• CS fundamentals, coding and debugging skills with windbg or equivalent

Preferred qualifications:

• Broad understanding of security and endpoint protection
• Passion for working with customers and advocating for their requirements to be met by features
• Proven ability to create componentized, well-architected software at a component level.
