Responsibilities

This position is with the Microsoft Teams mobile calling and meetings, which focuses on innovative features in the mobile collaboration and productivity space and an opportunity to collaborate with partner teams on technologies across the company and beyond. If you want to work in a startup like environment with a diverse, close-knit team and have a desire to move fast, this may be the team for you. 

Qualifications

Ability to appreciate complex problems with a thorough design and collaborate with multiple partners on common goals. 

• Strong passion for delivering high quality, large scale services in calling, meetings or related areas. 

• Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community. 

• Experience with agile project management methodologies. 

• Great problem solving & debugging skills. 

• Experience with unit-test, continuous integration and test-driven development is a plus. 

• Demonstrated and recognized technical lead who delivers on great hands on solutions and can solve hard technical problems practically 

• Knowledge of end to end Software development life cycle. 

  

One or more of: 

  

• 5+ years of software development experience.  

• 1+ years of Android or iOS experience 

• BS Degree in CS or related engineering field.
