As a Software Engineer, you will work on designing, coding, validating, shipping and running high scale services. You will have the opportunity to use your technical experience to shape the product and its customer experience.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to shape DevOps at Azure and build mission critical, large scale distributed systems handling billions of requests per day.  We are looking for distributed systems and API experts with a passion for user-facing features and experience working on always available, mission critical systems.  If you are excited by Cloud Computing, willingness to learn in an ever-changing environment and above all love to focus on customers and building products they love – we want to hear from you!  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and shipping high quality software services.
• 3+ years of coding experience using C#, Java, C++, Golang or C.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile software development.
• Experience with distributed systems and services in the cloud.
• Experience with using or developing with infrastructure-as-code framework.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; solid written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability troubleshooting complex technical issues for running online services in remote datacenters.
• Experience with other cloud platforms andopen-sourceprojects are a plus.
