In our key customer portal, https://account.microsoft.com (AMC), we continually experiment and evaluate all account experiences to rapidly lead customers toward an engaged M365 state. Going forward, as AMC serves as an entry ramp for Microsoft product value, we also are building a bridge between consumer and information worker segments to further grow our business.

Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced software engineers to help deliver new critical end-user facing account management experiences, which will revolutionize how end users interact with and manage their relationship with Microsoft.  You’ll be joining a highly talented, collaborative and motivated team, and will have the opportunity to work on rapid development of highly-available UX surfaces with an emphasis on delightful, modern user experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for developing delightful, engaging and effective customer experiences
• Strong coding, problem solving and data analysis skills
• An excellent understanding of web user experience core technologies, for example, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC and such.
• Familiarity with newer user interface technologies and platforms such as AngularJS, and/or ReactJS
• Familiarity with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques
• Familiarity with the information worker customer segment and AAD authentication is a plus
• BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 2 or more years of Web UX design and coding experience
• 4 or more years of general design and coding experience (Java, C#, or C++)
