Are you ready to join the Microsoft Private Multi-access Edge Compute team in Bangalore that is building cutting edge private cellular network solutions to enable mobile network operators, mobile service providers (MSPs) and enterprises to quickly and securely deploy & operate private 4G/LTE/5G networks at enterprise edge. The solution combines the power of Microsoft Azure & 4G/5G mobile core network elements to deliver cost efficiency, performance, flexibility, and scalability.  

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external teams and give technical guidance to engineers working on automated deployment & management of LTE/5G networks in cloud & on enterprise edge 
• Work with engineering team on list of potential activities and solutions. 
• Support deployment of solution and provide feedback to R&D.  
• Deliver compelling presentations and demos to technical and non-technical audience. 

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of 4G Packet Core domain and call flows
• Good understanding of virtualisation concepts
• Experience in deploying virtualised MME, HSS, SGW, PGW in cloud
• Knowledge of Azure ARM 
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of EMS, NMS is greatly appreciated  
• Experience in implementing integrations using REST, JSON and programming in Python/Java/shell.  
• Good understanding of VPN solutions, zero trust networking solutions like Netfoundry etc.
