We are looking for the best and brightest Software Engineers to join us! Our software team works at the hardware/software interaction boundary.  We are creating the host-based runtimes and on-device runtimes and programs to accelerate new AI workloads.  If you are excited about working on new and exotic hardware, embedded systems, low-level networking, compiler or operating system internals than this is the place for you.  As a team member you will be developing software that runs on or manages specialized accelerators in close collaboration with software and hardware engineers. 

You will work with great people; you will solve a lot of technical challenges; you will have the opportunity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and evaluation of proposed software designs and architectures
• Software development in C++, Python, and other languages for specialized accelerators and host systems.
• Software design.
• Co-design with hardware partner teams on HW/SW interfaces.
• Design and code review of peer work.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1+ years of software development experience with C/C++

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years' experience with C/C++
• 1+ years’ experience with Python
• Strong intellectual curiosity and passion about learning new technologies
• Customer and partner engagement experience with a demonstrated track record of success
• Strong background in computer science fundamentals with specialized experience in one or more of the following: distributed systems, cloud services, deep neural networks, high performance computing, embedded systems design, processor and accelerator architecture, operating system design, compiler design
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Great cross-team collaboration skills and the desire to collaborate in a team of researchers and developers
