Software Development Engineer for Infrastructure and Modeling Architecture

This position offers the opportunity to have a real impact in a dynamic, technology-focused company architecting product lines ranging from consumer graphics to high performance compute engines. You will provide support to the graphics architecture team and support for its broad user community. You will be empowered to work across multiple teams and platforms to provide and expand the capabilities of the modelling tools and it's capabilities.

Position responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous integration and regression environments for AMD SW model and tools
• Collaborate with other tools teams, Architects and Design & Verification Team to ensure quality releases and presentation of complex results
• Design database to manage assets, releases and results
• Design scalable execution engine to efficiently utilize machine and storage resources
• Improvement of our modelling eco-system and infrastructure
• Involved in all areas of our tool capture, model replay and validation flows
• Influence and align other tool teams to align CI/Regression methodologies

Qualifications

• MS/BEng Degree: Education track for Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Must be proficient in scripting languages (preferably python), Linux and databases
• Must have good English hearing, speaking, reading and writing capabilities
• Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and good coding skills are required
