The opportunity

The role has accountability for performing end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) services.

What you will be involved in:

• Tracking compliance to policies and procedures and resolving / escalating any compliance issues.
• Participates in audits of Software Assets (licenses) for the purpose of ensuring all licenses are current and compliant.
• Performs SAM services such as license management, license harvesting, software Enterprise License Agreements.
• Interfaces between Software Asset administration functions and other IT stakeholders in the execution of duties.
• Participates in executing strategic projects in the SAM domain to improve services/capabilities in alignment with strategic plans.
• Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.

• Demonstrated ability to present and explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
