Our internal facing team is responsible for leadership support, resource planning, forecasting and budgeting, business operations, management of contracts and billing of our portfolio of PwC products. We support our leaders by continuously innovating and improving products operations so that we can provide the highest quality of services.
Reporting to the Performance Lead, this role will provide the Software Acquisition Coordinator with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC’s Products & Technology organization by coordinating software and supplier management activities in accordance with purchasing, approval, renewal, and license management processes and procedures. Included within the scope of this position are the coordination of the formal software acquisition intake process and the end-to-end workflow from initiation to approvals, supplier intake, and contracting. The Software Acquisition Coordinator will act as a key liaison for P&T in the preparation and validation of software acquisition requests.

What you’ll create and do
As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Software Acquisition Support and Coordination (40%)
Liaise with Product Managers regarding software demand
Regular review of the the P&T tech stack to ensure it is all consistent and uniform
Create POs (Spendmap)
Coordinate the approval of payments (e.g., Basware)
Initiate/Create and consolidate Procurement requests internally within P&T (First line of review and approval process for procurement requests)
Supplier Management (30%)
Assist in developing content used for vendor negotiations for outsourcing functions
Liaise with P&T Strategy, Development, Operations, and Enablement contacts regarding supplier contracting requirements
Monitor active P&T supplier contracts and change requests to ensure compliance (obtain approvals, ensure timely closure)
Where required, navigate intake process with suppliers through contract initiation and management and advising Procurement of ongoing P&T procurement activities
License Management (20%)
Renewals of Product licenses - inquire/confirm if our users still require a license
License Management, True Up, Procure, understand # required for PwC CA, allocation, communicate/distributes, approvals
Monitor P&T software licenses, work with necessary teams to understand requirements for renewals, initiate and coordinate renewals in a timely fashion, and ensuring visibility to the P&T inventory of software artifacts
Monitor the licenses activity (e.g., active vs. expired licenses, license issues requiring escalation) catalog for P&T and ensure timely execution of all activities
Software Acquisition Management Learning & Development (L&D) (10%)
Drive awareness and knowledge within the P&T team of key software acquisition management functions including use of the Purchasing Portal, submission of purchase requests, tracking status of requests and sourcing, and escalation of issues to the Procurement team (software, hardware, licenses, online vendor hosted platforms, and tools)
Ensure procurement of goods and services adheres to legal, security and independence standards, and in accordance to Procurement processes
Work collaboratively with other Operations Coordinators, providing back-up and support as required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business related discipline
Technical knowledge including experience with Google Suite
Previous demonstrated experience in an Operations, Administrative or Coordinator role

Ability to provide support and recommendations on best practices related to Operations
Exceptional critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Understanding / passion of emerging technology and its impact on business
Eager to participate in business development opportunities and initiatives
Superior organizational and project management skills
