Primary Purpose

AMD is looking for a communications professional responsible for social media strategy around AMD's Commercial and DESG business units. This position entails marketing product content development, product content engagement, community listening and social strategy across AMD’s B2B platforms.

Key Job Functions

Lead Commercial and DESG social programs and relationships with internal marketing teams

Implement high-quality executive social media programs across all social channels to achieve crucial communications objectives

Routinely take complicated issues and build concise social media results in a way to resonates with customers, partners, and press

Keep a finger on the pulse of social conversations and social trends in the microprocessor industry and global social channel

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 2-5 years of communications and/or marketing experience with a social media focus
• B2B and datacenter marketing experience is helpful
• Some technology savvy is required
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail
• A demonstrated ability to engage with corporate social media strategies
• Bachelor's Degree
