The opportunity
We have a new permanent full time opportunity for a Senior Business Co-ordinator (Operations Analyst) role within Corporate IT. The role will coordinate high-level business support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Division. The role will also contribute to the management of all cross-functional issues affecting the group such as safety, financial and Human Resources management, business processes, reporting, strategic planning and organisational improvement.
Your role will include;
Co-ordinate and deliver, on behalf of Hiring Managers and Project Managers, all required resource processes and transactions including Labour Hire processes, relevant HR recruitment processes, on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
Define, develop, implement and maintain, in conjunction with the Business Co-ordinator (Business Planning), IT resource (capacity) planning mechanisms that accurately identify the type and volume of skills and roles required, to deliver the IT project portfolio.
Maintain all associated records and systems for resources engaged by Corporate IT
Lead the development and implementation of an executive resource management plan and framework to define the roles for current and future human resources
and talent needs that align with project and operational requirements and overall strategic plans
Define, develop and implement resource planning mechanisms that accurately identify the type and volume skills required to inform resourcing strategies, communicate regularly on progress and performance to ensure effective utilisation and mobilisation of resources to maximise business outcomes

About you
To be successful in the role you will
Have tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
The individual will have the capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction and produce consistently high-quality work.
You will have the ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.
The successful candidate will be required to decompose high-level information into details. They will facilitate workshops and storyboarding.
Exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among stakeholders is essential as is having previous written business process output of a very high standard.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 9 ($138,670.00 - $155,309.00) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
