Key Responsibilities of the Site Support Executive:
• Administrative support for all site related areas as required. For example, raising purchase orders and ensuring supplier invoices are processed and tracked in a timely way.
• To ensure inbound email/telephone queries are dealt with to required standards and timescales.
• Ensure electronic and physical filing systems are organised and maintained.
• To review, improve and document current working practices and procedures.
• Ongoing management & procurement of suppliers.
• Arrange and manage on site contractor work.
• Planning & facilitating site events & initiatives.
• Proactively provide & implement recommendations for efficiency and improvements.
• Ownership for the planning and delivery of site projects.
• Support with daily, internal on-site requests using a customer focused approach.
What skills are we looking for?
• Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in a site/facilities role.
• First aid and Health and Safety qualifications would be desirable
Working pattern:
• 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Additional hours may be required as necessary.
