Responsibilities:

• Management of subcontractors and site team
• Ensuring high standards of H&S are kept on site
• Update and maintain construction programme
• Conduct site inductions and meetings
• Maintain site records such as Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets
• Previous experience within the residential new build sector
• Able to interview/start ASAP
