Scope of Works: Refurbishment of existing building (live environment) which include include strip out/demo. Internal fixtures and fittings and furniture, Mechanical and Electrical full replacement floor by floor.

Reporting to an on site PM managing internal labour, tool box talks, deliveries, logistics, health and safety and quality reporting.

Ideally you'll have been employed by a main contractor in a similar role, trades background preferred but not essential. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.

This is salaried Role - between £43-£47k basic plus Car allowance or Car and full benefits working on a permanent role(Holidays, pension etc..)
