We are looking for a Site Lead working across Sky Leeds Dock supporting Group Product Delivery and Group Digital Transformation ensuring the site is always fully functional and operational.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Coordinating external facility providers to ensure Sky standards are maintained and met
• The continuous identification and implementation of operational best practice across the site
• Drive key initiatives for site and workplace experience improvements
• Internal stakeholder management of Workplace Solutions, Sky Spaces and Tech Transformation
• Lead and develop the operational relationships by conducting (where appropriate) operational review meetings and day to day ops liaison within key work streams
• Identifying and highlighting further opportunities for services and process improvements
• Maintain and grow external relationships e.g Leeds City Council
• Line management responsibilities for Workplace Experience Manager and on-site Tech Support Team

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Line management experience in a Site Lead position
• Proven Experience of office management with senior team members
• Strong communication and relationship building
• 3rd party supplier management experience
