The role involves RTL performance analysis and microbenchmarking for the Data Fabric Interconnect and the associated Memory Controller IPs. The engineer will work closely with the architecture, design and modeling teams working on high-performance SOC interconnect designs. He or she will drive microbenchmarking plans at the IP level, and support performance debug at the SOC level.

Required skills/experience:

• MS in related field with performance analysis experience.
• Familiarity with high-performance computer and interconnect architecture.
• Experience working on RTL pre-silicon design (coding or debug) of memory subsystems.
  • Fluency in coding and debugging Verilog, System Verilog and scripting languages like Perl or Python.
  • Familiarity with tools like Synopsys Verdi, and frameworks like UVM.
• Preferred experience with data management (databases) and web application development for performance simulation data analysis
