About the role

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8-5 and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8-12, time in lieu.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing quotes and orders through our inhouse PC system

• Answering phone calls and emails

• General admin duties and housekeeping

• Using CAD software to design bathrooms (training provided)

• Achieving branch sales targets and KPI's

About you

• Showroom experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided

• Having good imagination and the ability to work with customers

• Listening and understanding customer requirements

• Confident when dealing with customers face to face and via phone

• Driver’s license is essential
