• Partner with recruiters and recruiting leaders to help develop an overall sourcing strategy and building of a robust pipeline for Core engineering, data & product profiles.
• Ensure there is a constant, quality candidate pipeline.
• Assist in evaluating various sourcing channels and tools along with recruiters.
• Conducting phone screening, evaluating candidates motivations and availability. And initial assessment of candidate capabilities.
• Develop relevant and effective sourcing strategies and provide consultative services to meet recruitment needs; lead searches, build a network with key talents in the market and a healthy candidates pipeline for strategic / critical roles
