We are looking to recruit a fully qualified Service Technician to join our client's busy dealership in Ashford. The successful candidate will be skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing, and vehicle repairs. You must be flexible, focused and a great team player with a positive 'can do' attitude.

The Service department is a fast-paced and challenging environment. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on the latest technology in an environment that demands quality workmanship whilst maintaining a commitment to outstanding customer service and 'right first time' repairs. Ideally you will already have a minimum of 3 years' service experience with a premium motor brand.

You will be required to work a shift pattern of 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a Saturday rota.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.

Technicians -

• £25,000 + bonus - Entry Level
• £40,000+ bonus - Intermediate level
• £45,000 + bonus - Senior
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8.30 - 12.30pm (1 in 5 currently)
• 43.3 average working hours per week.
