About the Company & Culture: Our client are a leading manufacturer of automatic garage door openers and accessories. They have an international presence, with their Auckland offices based in Rosedale. Right now they have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Technician / Warehouse person to join their close knit team.

About the role: This is a varied position that is comprised of technical service support, repairs, customer service and warehousing duties.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Performing in-house product repairs 
• Providing technical support and advice to customers and dealerships 
• Completing detailed daily service records and reports into their CRM
• Operating a forklift and heavy lifting when required

About You: 

• You will be an Electrical Appliance Service Personal (EAP
• Hold a clean New Zealand drivers license 
• Your customer service will be second to none 
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal 
• You will be fit and healthy, and able to do heavy lifting as required
