Reporting to the IT Support Supervisor

To provide efficient and effective 2nd line IT support from initial contact through to engineering the final solution across 17 sites covering a wide range of IT systems both desktop, main infrastructure, telecoms and network issues.

To provide expertise for installation and maintenance of Gallery IT Interactives and Audio-Visual environments.
