Service Programmes Executive

Responsible for the development and operational management of a range of service products and programmes, adding value to our customers and the Retailer Network for both BMW and MINI brands. Leading the steering and shaping of our retention product portfolio to ensure successful UK market roll out of key AG initiatives whilst using competitor analysis and market intelligence to ensure our local offerings are compelling and competitive in order to drive service customer retention and profitability.

  • Develop, monitor and maintain AG and UK local service plan programmes ensuring Retailer and Group profitability is maximised and incremental business generated by increased customer retention.
  • Project lead on key AG service initiatives using pilot learnings and results to shape business cases and project plans for national roll out and liaising with central counterparts.
  • Manage network of third-party suppliers (CitNow, 0% Finance, Pay Monthly) working collaboratively to bring digital innovations to the Retailer network that enhance the contactless customer journey.   
  • Work closely with the Regional Aftersales teams to introduce new concepts, provide performance reporting and support with troubleshooting and sharing best practice on various products and programmes.
  • Supporting the wider business as stakeholder for CBS initiatives that feature BMW Service Inclusive product (i.e. Integrated Offer), steering local requirements whilst ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Business Development team supporting quarterly marketing campaigns with the development of tactical propositions.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service Programmes Intern ensuring completion of tasks and personal development throughout placement year.
  • Escalation point of contact for admin team at CIC, who are responsible for day-to-day queries from Retailer/Lease Co’s in relation to Service Inclusive alongside business contact responsible for ensuring CIC process documents, training and IT requirements are up to date for admin team.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent level qualification.
  • Experience of an Aftersales, Retailer and / or analytical environment ideal.
  • Confident communicator, able to articulate ideas, present recommendations to senior management and Munich counterparts.
  • Working knowledge of NSC and Retailer systems (i.e. IVS) preferred.
  • Experienced in producing PowerPoint presentations to be used with Munich and Senior Managers at the NSC.
  • Commercial awareness to ensure we attached a £ value to all our activities.
  • Industry awareness to ensure we monitor competitor activities in the UK Marketplace.
  • BMW Group experience across multiple disciplines / business areas is desirable.
