What you’ll do:

• Drive investigations based on performance metrics, working on your own or alongside other collaborators
• Assisting in the prioritisation of changes that will help deliver necessary improvements.
• Guide and support project work when required.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in the broadband industry (preferably Openreach broadband products)
• Understanding of delivering improvements to customer experience and/or product/service economics.
• Good interpersonal skills that allow working closely and effectively with a varied range of partners.
• Analytical skills with the ability to read through charts and various reports but also create charts and presentations out of personal usage of data. Microsoft Office knowledge – especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good writing and verbal communication skills, especially confident and clear, with the ability to communicate technical issues in a non-technical way and adjust communication to different levels of audience.
• Ability to work with a degree of autonomy but confident to seek support when needed.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
