Role title: Service Now Architect
Location: UK
Role purpose: This role has end-to-end accountability for the service design, service architecture and service integration within the digital service landscape utilizing Service Now technology. Accountable to deliver the technical digital service strategy with focus on automation and digitalization.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• End-to-end accountability for the Service Design, Architecture and technical Delivery (incl. integration) for all Digital Services Products
• Support the transformation of the ‘Digital Telco’ strategy: Assess, design and apply criteria to transform legacy processes & tools into fully digitalized solutions
• Responsible to build and maintain a technical digital service strategy & roadmap that realizes cost saving and productivity through increased automation and digitalization
• Build extended relationships with the chosen service provider, Local Market IT units, Vodafone business lines (GET, VGE, …) and recommend preferred solutions to improve NPS
• Provide leadership in design techniques and architecture methods
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Ability to build, lead, manage and develop a high calibre agile team to support the organization goals
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding, with the ability to express and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in design and architecture of large scale and complex IT services for multi-functional, multi-national companies
• Proven capability in influencing diverse senior leaders across business functions and product lines, in order to trigger and lead a Digital transformation program
• Deep understanding of major digital services technologies (Service Now), knowledge of main IT and Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), strategic view of Telco/media industry
