What you’ll do:

• Work on Operational Readiness across multiple simultaneous projects delivering new features, updates and enhancements across Sky’s DTH and OTT platforms.
• Define requirements and deliverables by working with stakeholders and track these through to delivery.
• Deliver appropriate training to meet the needs of colleagues and the teams we work closely with.
• Facilitate the safe implementation of changes across our platforms.
• Manage problem records to track resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

What you’ll bring:

• A solution orientated focus with an open and flexible attitude.
• An ability to deal with ambiguity and time pressure.
• Great communications skills, both written and oral and able to work with colleagues at all levels across the business and externally.
• A knowledge of Broadcast workflows and monitoring principles.
• Confidence in delivering face to face training to both intimate and larger groups.
• A focus to use emerging technology to solve problems in an operational environment.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
