About this role
The Service Improvement Specialist directly supports the Senior Manager of Service Improvements by driving the scope of complex, small to medium size technical sub-project deliverables through the software development lifecycle (functional & non-functional) into production. The role requires significant engagement across wider technical teams in the organisation, bringing parties together to clarify and resolve issues.
