Due to their continued growth, our partner is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support to key clients across Dunedin.

About You:
As the first point of contact, you will have a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an amazing customer experience. You will have great communication skills, be able to prioritize plan and document. You will need to be adaptable as the position is varied from working with large businesses with multiple locations to home users around the region.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the industry and have experience in providing L1 technical support over the phone and via email communication with ideally strong knowledge of the following Technologies:
