Calling all Service Desk Engineers! Looking for a contract to start immediately? In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware and software for our client's network
This includes support through the incident, request and problem management processes. Other duties include responding to queries, running diagnostic tools, isolating the cause, determines and implementing solutions, workarounds or escalating the issue to the appropriate resolution team.
