Job Description

We seek the people skills and technical experience of a Service Desk Engineer, for a major NZ agricultural organisation. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for company computer systems, hardware, or software. Skills and experience sought include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a service desk environment
  • Experience troubleshooting across a range of systems
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite, Service Now, Intune, Citrix
  • Experience in all aspects of software & hardware deployment
  • Strong technical analysis/problem solving skills
  • Understanding of network architecture
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate to individuals with varying degrees of technical knowledge

Other skills and knowledge that are desirable include:

  • Experience with mobile devices, in particular iPhones and iPads
  • Knowledge of Information Security
  • Familiar with ITIL
