  • Temporary 12 Month Contract
  • Immediate Start Date
  • Within Central Government Ministry
  • $30-$35 per hour depending on experience
  • Central Palmerston North

About The Roles

Fundamentally these roles will involve;

  • Customer service and technical support over phone, email and ticketing systems
  • Incident and request reporting and resolution
  • Face-to-face customer care
  • Hardware support

About You

We are looking for Service Desk / Help Desk Analysts with fantastic customer service skills and the following;

  • Strong customer service or service desk experience
  • Good interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with;
    • Office 365
    • Active Directory
    • Windows operating systems
  • ITIL knowledge and understanding

  • Relevant qualifications below or equivalent experience
    • Business Computing
    • Diploma in Information and Communications Technology
    • National Diploma in Computing Support
