Job Description

We are looking for Service Desk Analyst contractors for 6 months contracts in Auckland 's CBD. You will be joining an existing team to assist internal users in a large enterprise corporate setting. You will be comfortable providing Level 1 Technical Support via phone and email to users, so you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work and escalate where necessary.

To be successful for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous Service Desk, Helpdesk or Technical Support experience
  • Strong ITIL knowledge
  • Experience dealing with a busy workload
  • Active Directory experience
  • O365 knowledge
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills

Other key requirements for these roles include:

  • The ability to hit the ground running
  • Ability to identify issues and escalate to senior members
  • Must be available to start a new role immediately
  • Must have the right to work in NZ
  • A customer service focus
  • The ability to problem solve
