The Role
Your role is to join a well-established service desk team to provide enviable customer service to internal users throughout New Zealand. You will need to be ready to hit the ground running, as this is a very busy (but supportive) team! In this position, you'll troubleshoot system issues and resolve quickly, logging within a ticketing system. The position suits a candidate who is happy assisting internal users remotely and in person. You'll need to think outside the box at times when needed, and have a clear understanding of the ITIL framework, including how it relates to critical incidents.
