In Cyber Prevent, the Service Design and Transition Manager is responsible for Demand management and activities prioritisation. Develop operational and service designs for Cyber Prevent platforms that will enable effective In-life management with clear roles and responsibilities.  Design and monitor the Service transition and operational acceptance processes within the Domain. The Service Design & Transition Manager has to also process design and re-engineer to ensure continuous improvement and maximise effectiveness


With us you will:


• Developing and supporting the Service Design activity throughout security platforms lifecycle and any occurring changes, to ensure they are deliverable in the context of an end-to-end service design.
• Support security platforms throughout their lifecycle including presentation at on-boarding sessions, escalations and up to/including handover to delivery
• Responsible for the Operating Model and Organisation Design for Security Platforms ensuring they align with Cyber Prevent best practice and Standards as required
• Responsible for the completion and accuracy of the Cyber Prevent service design documentation.
• Assist in the re-engineering or creation of key processes that support the Cyber Prevent Operating Model and Service Processes
• Develop and define the appropriate resourcing profiles to deliver the required service over the lifecycle of the platform.
• Drive or support Continuous Improvement Cyber Security initiatives


Apply if you have:


• Strong operational delivery experience
• service management experience
• ITIL experience
• experience of working in an Agile environment
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes, procedures, and accountabilities with strong awareness of requirements to enable successful operational delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong process and documentation skills
• SLAs, KPIs, KRIs and continuous improvement knowledge and experience
