UCC are a well established motorhome and caravan sales and service yard based in Hornby, Christchurch. Our products are leading edge, in huge demand, and our success has meant our client base is growing. Our service team has got a fantastic reputation and to ensure we continue to build on this reputation we need assistance to ensure the administration side of our service team is strong. We have therefore created the position of Service Administrator which is a role someone with the right experience can stamp their mark on and make difference in.
The Service Administrator is responsible for the effective administration of the service side of the business, as well as supporting the Manufacturing Manager in all aspects of service, supplier ordering, stock management, warranty claims, and daily communications. This includes planning, and co-ordinating of supplier orders, checking of all receipted materials, and communicating to ensure timely arrival of parts. The position will also take responsibility for booking in all service jobs, ensuring parts are here for the job, invoicing the job out and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes dealing with enquiries, quoting, co-ordinating of workshop team, and communicating with clients. In order to maintain the integrity of the company, all actions and decisions must be made in accordance with company policies, values and strategic planning objectives, displaying a commitment to continuous improvement at all times.
